  46. 28.8 Sportster should support the &U command to limit lower connection
  47. speed. Setting init string to include &N14 &U13 should force modem to
  48. connect at 28.8 or 26.4 but no lower .. will not connect if line such
  49. that lower than 26.4 unattainable.
